After a long battle with illness our beloved father passed away peacefully on Wednesday 8th December at Gold Coast Private Hospital. We were all able to be on FaceTime to say goodbye and send him gently on his way.

Our most heartful thanks to the staff at GC Hospital Ward 5, Dr George and especially Terri Piper. Terri was our family’s guardian angel until the very end and her kindness and love for our dad and our family was extraordinary.

Alans ashes will be returned to NZ at a later date where a memorial service will be held for him.
