COSGRIFF (nee Cooney). - Patricia Bernadette, passed away peacefully on Aug. 2, 2004 at Cabrini, Prahran. Daughter of Bert and Vera Cooney (both dec.), much loved wife of Peter (dec.), loved sister of Joan, loving mother and mother-in-law of Michael, David, Brian and Marita, Peter, Anne and David, Jane and Grant, Paula and John. Adored grandmother (Ma) of Joanne and Jessie, Sarah and Lucy, James and Jackson, Hannah, Patrick and Nicola, Joshua and Noah. Finally reunited and at peace with Peter.
