COWLEY. _ Charles Edward (Noel) Aged 96 Passed away in Canberra on May 11, 2017 after a short illness Dearly beloved husband of Betty (dec.). Much loved father and father-in-law of Peter (dec.) and Sandra, Roselyn and Alan. Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Richard, Melissa, Shaun, Simon and Courtney. Great grandfather of James, Austin, Mia, Theo, Spencer, Oliver, Isabella, Charlotte, Milly, Samuel, Frederic, Willem and Hugo. Dearly loved and forever in our hearts A Memorial Service will be held at Le Pines, 132 Mt Dandenong Rd, Croydon on Friday (May 19) at 2.00 p.m.
