Passed away peacefully 27 March 2020
Aged 75 years

Beloved Husband of Josephine.
Loving Father to Brendan, Michelle, Andrea and Therese, and Father-in-law to Craig and Michael.
Devoted Grandfather to Audrey, Georgia, Louis, Vincent and Eleanor.

A private funeral will take place on Friday 3 April, with a celebration of Patrick’s life to be held at a later date.

Many thanks to the staff at Lorocco Aged Care, and Princess Alexandra Hospital including the team from Cassia Ward.
