16th November 2019, passed away peacefully on Saturday at Japara Nursing Home, Coffs Harbour. Beloved wife of Rex Cozens (dec’d). Dearly loved mother of David Cozens, Susan Phillips, Christine Cozens and John Cozens. Treasured Nanna of Karl Neilsen, Scott Jamieson, Brooke Borgfeldt, Riley Cozens, Madison Cozens and Annushka Cozens. Loved Great-Nanna of Claudia and Fyfe.

Jan was a devoted wife and mother. Jan was also an accomplished artist. She was loved & admired and will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Aged 86 Years

As per Jan’s request she was privately cremated at Hogbin Drive Crematorium & Memorial Gardens, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour.
