DAMEN (nee ROSS), Shirley Ann. Aged 62 years. Late of 78a Lonerganne Street, Garbutt. Passed away peacefully on 12 June 2012, at the Palliative Care Unit, Townsville Hospital surrounded by her much loved Family and Friends. Beloved Daughter of Emmanuel (deceased) and Anastasia Ross (deceased). Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Celestino and Kim Ross. Cherished Grandmother of Kimarie, Krichelle & Deba, Celestino (Jnr), Kaianna (deceased) and Kimikka & Great Grandmother of Kaionte. Sadly missed Sister and Sister-in-law of Cornelius (deceased) and Anne Captain (deceased), Ursula (Bobongie) (deceased) and John Williams (deceased), Emmanuel and Lorraine Ross, Gresham Ross (deceased), Angelina and Hosea Akee, Agnes and Francis Tapim, Rhonda (deceased), Noel (deceased) and Jennifer, Gordon and Lydia, Donah and Des IIlin, Sandra and Robert Oui and Gordon and Nicole. Respected Family Member of the Ross, Santo, Krakoer, Stout, Stanley-Singleton, Kanak, Lewin, Sabatino, Wingate, Wallis, Mills, Ahwang, Garcia, Bobongie, Seden, Lymburner, Smallwood, Savage, Ansey and Corowa families. Loving Niece of our surviving Elders Norman and Mabel, Diane (Ross) John, Dominic and June Kanak, Respected Elder and Traditional Owner of Bindal, Juru, Oompala (Kaanju), Darnley Island "Erub Kara Ged". All Relatives and Friends of SHIRLEY are respectfully invited to attend her FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 11.00 a.m. WEDNESDAY MORNING 20th JUNE, 2012 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 43 Ross River Road, Mundingburra. The Funeral cortege will then proceed to the Belgian Gardens Lawn Cemetery for committal and interment. SHIRLEY'S Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend her VIEWING which will be held from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. WEDNESDAY MORNING 20th JUNE, 2012 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue Townsville.
