The members of the Rotary Port Phillip (Formerly RC Melbourne South) was honoured to have Margaret (Joan) Daniels OAM as a member of our club since her induction 1 July 1989. Joan was one of the first women to join Rotary and dedicated her life to her family and to the service of her community. A guiding light in Rotary with a passion for youth affairs Joan was a kind and caring woman with a sparkle in her eye and a smile that would light up the room. Joan went to her final rest on 5 October 2024 and will be missed by her Rotary family.
