Passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 11 at Fromelles Manor in Lismore, NSW. Much loved by her children Robin, Joe, John and Matthew; her 3 daughters in law, Karen, Kathy and Judy; Son in law, Don(deceased); 12 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; many friends and extended family. Pat's husband Jim, died in July 2011 at home in Sandy Beach NSW.

There will be a memorial service for Pat on Friday 27th November, 11:00 am, at the Woolgoolga Anglican Church.
