Nan-Nan to Thorah,
Natalie, Bodhi,
Hyde and Sace.
Sister to Judy,
Christina and Charles.
Taken from us suddenly
and passed away while
in Intensive Care at
Flinders Medical Centre.
Was the Rock on which
our family was built,
and made a major contribution
to the Embroiderers Guild
of South Australia,
President from 2003-2005.
Our most sincere thanks
to the Medical and Nursing
staff at Flinders Hospital
for their care and devotion
to Gwen while in their care.

Heaven for a Mother of 3 sons."
