Loved daughter of Maria and Boleslaw. Sister of Emily, Alex and Wally. Mother of Jacob, Sam, Jared and Aaron, and Grandmother of Kai, Jake, Hoshi and Joshua.

Thank you to her close friends who were also like family to her.
