DOWNES. _ Rex Charlton. 7.7.1935 - 22.7.2017 Passed away peacefully at Epworth Geelong, with loved ones by his side. Loving son of Charles (dec.) and Winifred (dec.) and brother of Rosemary (dec.). Adored husband of Marion, together for 60 loving years. Wonderful father to Stephen and Jenny, and Pa to Meg, Greg and Maddie. Sportsman, gardener, sun-lover and last Chief Surveyor of Forests Commission Victoria, ever smiling and always the life of the party. Thanks to staff of Epworth Emergency and ICU for their care and support.
