DOWNES. - William Napier (Bill), late of Mirboo North, passed away on Sept. 17, 2005, aged 76. Beloved husband of Beryl for almost 55 years. Loved father of Joy and Gary and father-in-law of John and Vivien. Loved Poppy of Steven and Fiona, Tracey and Shaun and Louise. Eldest son of Ernie and May and loved brother of Noel and Betty (all dec.). Family now reunited May the winds of love blow softly, And whisper for you to hear, That we will alwayslove you, And forever hold you near.
