DOWNS Frances Hazel Born Nov. 20, 1942 Passed away Dec. 30, 2016 We sadly announce the sudden passing of Fran. Much loved wife of Maurie and mother to Sharon, Gavin (dec.) and Julie. Mother-in-law to Glenn and Jason. Grandmother to Tara, Ethan, Lochie and Nicholas. Most loving sister to Joanne and Christine. Fran will be greatly missed but we take comfort that her pain is gone and she is with her Mum, Dad and Gavin. Rest in peace Fran
