Passed away peacefully at Ballarat Base Hospital on Friday December 27th, 2024.

Aged 90

Husband of Liz and much-loved father to David, Richard and Andrew. Father-in-law to Linda. Adored Pa to Emma, Matt and Nicky and Grandad to Tom and Millie.

A Private Cremation was held on Jan. 6th 2025, in accordance with Frank's wishes.
