DRURY, Joy (nee Doorey)
Adored wife of nearly 53 years to Ray.
Loving daughter of Stan and Eadie (dec), sister of Pam and Kenny (dec), sister and sister in law of Barry and Jiane. Amazing mother of Clayton and Alana, much loved mother-in-law of Kate and Richard. Incredible Nanna of Ella, Kiana, Josephine, Bronte and Nina.
Her love, strength, generosity and fortitude were boundless.
Joy was loved by her many friends and extended family, especially those from the Northern Beaches community and the Doorey clan.
Huge thanks to doctors Stuart, Nick and John, the staff of RNS, San and NBH, and a special thanks to the lovely ladies from NB Cancer Instit.
A celebration of Joy’s life will be held at Clareville Beach in the coming months.
She brought JOY to our lives.
