Loved husband of Elizabeth Yvonne (dec.). Father and father-in-law of John and Mary-Ann, Suzanne and Neville Payne, and Karel and Paul McCarthy. Poppy to Ashleigh, Emily, Stephanie, Tristan, and Laura, and their partners. Great grandfather to Vana. A loved son, brother, and uncle.

Cecil passed away peacefully, and in keeping with his wishes he was buried in a private funeral.
