Passed away peacefully after a long illness.

Loving husband of Jean. Father and father-in-law to Glen & Belinda, Brook & Nathalie.

Grandfather to Alexandra, William & Claire.

Phil's contagious love of travel, including many crazy Outback adventures, along with his voracious appetite for reading and knowledge, have been an inspiration.
