Family and Friends are invited to Jack's Funeral Service, to be held on Tuesday, 5th October, 2010, at 1.30 p.m. in the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs. Jack will be laid to rest at Albany Creek Memorial Gardens following this Service.
