Passed away peacefully after seven wonderful years at Guilford Young Grove nursing home.
Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jill and Colin, Greg and Carole, Sharon and Roger, her grandchildren Penny and Jeremy, Nicole and Jessica, Madeline and Joseph, Liza, Melanie and Claire and all her great grandchildren.
The family is eternally grateful for the care and friendship she experienced at the home from carers and staff.
As Grace requested, a private funeral has been held.
