FARMER, Graham (Polly)
The Board of Directors, Players, Staff & members of the Geelong Football Club are mourning the passing of Graham and extend their sincerest condolences to Graham’s family and friends.
Polly was one of the greatest players in the history of the game. His record across a career spent in both WA and with Geelong includes selection in six different Teams of the Century, including the AFL and GFC. He won premierships with Geelong, East Perth and West Perth. He was an inaugural legend of the Australian football hall of fame, won a combined 10 best & fairest awards, represented both WA and Victoria and was named in the All Australian team. Polly was the first indigenous coach in VFL/AFL history. Polly broke down barriers both on and off the field and will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.
RIP Polly.
