Loved husband of Kathy. Treasured dad of Michelle & Andrew, Des & Michelle and adored Grandpa to Nathan & Shannyn, Keira & Jake, Jai & Jemima and Shae.

You lived life to the fullest and fought so hard to stay. You loved your family and friends. We will always have a laugh when we remember your unique sense of humour.

A special thank you to Peter MacCallum, Grant St Medical Clinic, Bacchus Marsh Palliative Care and Darley Pharmacy.

Sadly missed, forever in our hearts.
