The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
CARUSO. _ Fay. A heart of gold stopped beating, Smiling eyes at rest, You did not want to leave us, You did not go alone, For part of us went with you, The day God called you home. God looked around his Garden and found an empty space, He looked upon the Earth and found a tired face. He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest, The Garden must be beautiful, Because he only takes the best. Close to our hearts you will always stay. Loved and remembered everyday. _ Your loving family Lorraine, Michael and Terry Kapnoullas. Debbie, Jason, Brianne, Brandon and Bianca Keogh, Marian, Kaiden and Riley Merrigan.
