Born Jo Susan Mechaelis in Wellington on 2 January 1950. Passed away peacefully in Geelong Hospital on 2 December 2024 a month shy of her 75th birthday. Much loved wife of John Fearon, beloved mother of Jeff and Matt, and supreme knitting Granny to Charles, Louis, James and Freddie. Much loved elder sister to Paula and Michael. As per Jo’s wishes a private cremation has been held with immediate family.

She will be remembered as a true force and always loved.
