A proud Warumungu Woman and member of the Stolen Generation, Nanna Fejo was instrumental in shaping former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd’s Apology to Australia’s Indigenous People in 2008.
Nanna Fejo lived an extraordinary life of service and was a dedicated advocate for First Nations people. We thank Nanna Fejo for her contribution to Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory and beyond.
She will be remembered for resilience, kindness and love for her family.
