in Adelaide, South Australia.
Youngest son of
James Albany Finnane
and Mary Ann (Colreavy).
His siblings,
Jack, Brian, Marie (Garvan),
Peter, Patricia (Kennedy),
Desmond, Max, and Fabian,
all predeceased him.
His living sister-in-law
is Patricia Finnane,
wife of Peter.
Paul was a loving husband to Louise
who predeceased him in 2018.
He has been a caring father to
Wayne, Patricia,
and Lawrence (deceased)
and a loving and generous uncle
to his many nephews and nieces
in Australia and in the United States.
Paul was a remarkable advocate
for the underprivileged
and spent his life serving others
in the Franciscan tradition.
He often expressed his appreciation
for his many faithful friends and carers
and to the community
of St Ignatius, Norwood.
