The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
FLEMING – Brian Patrick ‘Flemmo’
Much loved husband of Lyn (Mummy).
Loved father of Cassandra and loved grandfather of Brionhy and Bob.
A wonderful person whose passion for life will be with us forever.
On the road of life we walked,
Together day by day,
Friends and sweethearts,
Man and wife,
Good companions all the way.
But every marriage has its sunset,
One is taken, one goes on,
To make the most of what is left,
Although the best is gone,
And yet I shall not be alone,
Some part of you will still remain,
To help me through the darkest hours,
Until at last we meet again.
A man that you could always rely on.
A man that you could always laugh with or at.
A man that was looked up to by many.
A man that I was lucky enough to call my Dad.
Forever in our hearts.
Cass & Mick
A man of many words, some not so smart.
Kind and gentle soul that was
loved and known by all.
The sun will rise and I will watch
over the ocean, thinking of you.
Always in our hearts and thoughts.
Your ‘Flemerisms’ will never be forgotten.
My Puck-Puck, my best friend, my buddy.
Brionhy & Andrew
Someone who I looked up too, on what not to do.
Someone who always had advice,
whether it was usable or not.
Someone that made each moment count.
Someone that I could always rely on and always will.
Love always,
Bob
