Passed away peacefully after a brave struggle with MND.

At Jan's request, there will be no service, but there will be an open gathering at Jan's place to celebrate her life on Sunday 27th March from 1pm onwards.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to MND Association of Tasmania.
