Patricia Mary Forrest (nee Coghlan) passed away peacefully at Gables Nursing home, Camberwell on the 18th March 2021. Much loved wife of Michael (dec), loving mother of Susie and Michael and mother-in-law of Michael and Edwina. Proud grandmother of Sarah, Emilia, Georgia, Kathleen and Annabelle and special bonds with Rex (dec) and Louis.

A force of nature who will be missed greatly. Forever in our hearts. Rest in peace.
