Mum & Nanna, We’re sad that we weren’t able to be with you when you passed, to give you one last kiss & hug, but we take great comfort knowing that you went peacefully and are now reunited with Dad. You were a wonderful mother and grandmother, always thinking of others before yourself – family meant the world to you. We have some wonderful memories and you will remain in our thoughts and hearts forever. We will miss you, all our love Pauline, Steve, Anthony, Michaela & Jess xx
