Mary died peacefully on Saturday, 1st March 2025 in the LGH. Loved and loving wife of George (dec.). Loved and loving mother of Jenny Mansfield, Sue and Cliff Forward and Gary Willis (dec.), Fr Mark Freeman, Carolyn and Peter Ryan, John Freeman (dec.), Tim and Sherrie Freeman. Much loved grandmother of Melissa Synan, Ben and Lisa Mansfield, Duncan and Kristie Willis, Jessie Mansfield and Ben Kurth, Laura and Paul Stagg, Julia and Jared Grantham, Jordan and Clare Ryan, Sarah Ryan, Paige Freeman and Joel Haley, Connor Ryan and Brooke Phillips, Olivia Freeman and Wil Lockhart, and Harriet Freeman. Much loved Nanny Mary of her 15 great grandchildren.

Loved daughter of the late Jack and Edie Williams. Loved sister of Helen and Noel Johnston (both dec.), Fr John Williams (dec.), Edith Williams (dec.) and Robert and Judy (dec.) Williams.

Loved daughter in law of the late Bub and Hannah Freeman. Loved sister in law of John and Pat (both dec.), Graeme (dec.) and Lynne, Peter and Shirley (both dec.), Kath and Doug Howard (both dec.) and Terry and Pam.

Loved and respected aunt of all her nieces and nephews.
