FURBER, Harold James

Harold passed away peacefully in Alice Springs following complications from long-term illness.

Son of Emily Furber (dec.), father of Melanie Marron, Patricia Marron and Declan Furber Gillick. Brother to Margaret Furber, Trish Kiessler and Toni Arundel.

Stolen from his Arrernte family as a small boy in 1957, Harold found his way home to become a fighter for his people and a contributor to many causes and organisations in Central Australia and Darwin.

Taken too soon. Now at rest.
