Much loved by Albert, Alison, Brian, David, Ian and Helen, your relatives, friends and work colleagues. Family and friends are invited to attend Pen's farewell service to be held in the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Rd, Bridgeman Downs at 11am Monday the 20th of November 2017. No flowers by request, donations to the QLD Cancer Foundation appreciated.
