16/8/1961 – 31/3/2020 Aged 58 years. Loving father of Dion and Jimmy. Loved son of Dimitrios and Athina. (both deceased) Loving brother of Mary. Loving ex-partner of Mary, mother to Jimmy and Dion. To our beloved father, You were taken from us too soon! You were our strength, our mind, our planner, our role model but most importantly you were our father and we can’t express just how good of a father you were! You sacrificed so much for us where most others wouldn’t have bothered but maybe some of those sacrifices made were to the detriment of your overall happiness and so in hindsight maybe some of those sacrifices weren’t the best decisions made (I don’t know?), but we do know that those decisions were always made with your children’s best interest at heart and because of that we’ll forever be grateful! It shows just how good of a father you really are! The knowledge that you handed over to us is vital and the moral compass taught by you moulded us into the people we are today. We’re going to miss all the crazy antics and sly nature that you used to get what you wanted done! The way you made us laugh was an element of our lives that is essential to us keeping a healthy mental state and is now gone which will make living through life more difficult. We’d love listening to all the crazy stories of all of your experiences, no matter how many times you told the same story it still got us hooked every time. All those nights watching films became a tradition and we cherish every one of those nights! What we’d give for just one more night of that. Regardless of all of the pain felt by your passing away we are very aware that our time on this Earth is just one segment of the journey of life and that when our time in this vessel comes to an end we’ll be united with you once again! I’ll always remember all the happy and fun times that we had together and the way you made me laugh!
