Too many are the sacrifices she has had to make And yet they looked like pleasures that she did for love's own sake. Her influence is ever present in the strangest place, I only need to think of her to visualise her face. Her wisdom guides my life just by remembering her voice, So that I know for certainty if I should have my choice, I'd find no other woman in this great wide world and free, To take my MOTHER'S place and mean the self same thing to me.
