Passed away peacefully at the Mercy Care Centre, Perth, on Wednesday, 11 April, 2019.

Aged 86 years.

Son of Vin Faulkner and Frances Jenner (both deceased).

Loving and loved brother of Len, Margaret, Aileen, Mary and Don (all deceased), and Br Peter, Vin, Leo and Pat.

Fondly remembered by all of his numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held in St Patrick's Catholic Church, 268 Grote Street, Adelaide on WEDNESDAY, 1 May, 2019 commencing at 7:00 p.m.
