Adored Grandmother to 18 Grandchildren,(2 dec), 37 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great Grandchild.

They say that hearts don’t break, God

But that’s not always true,

The day you took our Mum away,

You broke our hearts in two,

Look around your garden Lord,

She won’t be hard to find,

She has a face that’s full of love,

And a heart that’s good and kind,

Tell her that we love her,

And when you see her smile,

Put your arms around her Lord,

And hold her for awhile.

A special and much loved Grandmother to Chantal and Anthony, Darren and Kylie, Jason and Julie.

Adoring Great-Grandmother to; Jake, Cooper, Imogen, Brooke, Piper, Jack, Asha, Demi and Lara.

You were an amazing mentor for your family, your unconditional love, strength & resilience, your ability to embrace all of your family in a non-judgemental way and your cheeky sense of humour are qualities to aspire to.

When I’m on my own, Mum,

I always think of you,

Thoughts about the laughs we shared,

And the things we used to do.

We had so many happy times together, you and I,

You can’t replace that kind of love

No matter how you try.

These words alone cannot convey

What I feel within my heart,

But I know someday we will meet again,

And then we’ll never part.

I held you in my arm Mum, I held you close to me

God took you to a better place

And left your love with me.
