GILBERT, JenniferLate of Woolwich, aged 68 years, passed away after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis on 2 September, 2016.Dearly loved wife of Philip Gilbert, mother of Simone Gilbert, Natasha Rowe and Edwina Gilbert, proud grandmother of Tobias, Charlotte, Angus, Callum, Fleur, Eleanor, Archer, Jock and Harriet.A private family funeral will be held on Thursday, 8 September, 2016. A memorial service for friends will follow at All Saints Anglican Church,2 Ambrose Street, Hunters Hill at 11:30am. Afterwards at the Hunters Hill Club, Madeline Street, Hunters Hill.
