GILLEARD, Jeremy Peter

Jeremy died peacefully, not unexpectedly, after a long struggle with the cruellest disease which consumed the last years of his life. Much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
A private ceremony will be held to say our farewells.
Grateful thanks to the loving and caring staff at Mercy Place, East Melbourne for the last four years, and to Dr Priya Bhaskar for her care and compassion.
No flowers please, but donations to any Alzheimer's association of choice.
