surrounded by her loving family aged 73.
Beloved wife of Michael Grech (dec),
loving mother of Lucy, Clementine and Michelle,
mother in-law to Greg and Nik
and loving Nanna to Sarah, Caitlin, Michael, Alysha and Chelsea
We were all so blessed to have you in our life.
You always put your family first and showed unconditional love.
Mum, we love you and will miss you.
We are comforted by the knowledge that
you and dad are together again.
With tears we watched you suffer,
We watched you fade away.
Our hearts were slowly breaking
As you fought so hard to stay.
Forever in our hearts
REST IN PEACE
