Helen we are gutted. We were just not ready to say goodbye. We were waiting to see where you and Matthew would end up next, no doubt somewhere really cool.

We were always happy to look at a million photos and listen to hilarious stories about your adventures.

You were one of the bravest people that we have ever met.

Thank you for being there when we needed you.
