Rod spent a life full of family, teaching, music and community, ranging from England to Lebanon to Australia, shared with his wife Shirley (dec.) since 1956.

Many loving memories of Rod are left with so many including three generations of family: Jane, Hugh, John and Mardi, Ash, Shannon, Jenna and Christian, Rhyllon and Elli, Kerrin and Rob and great grandson Theodore.

He is also remembered by the musical and educational communities in Tasmania and by many individuals whose lives he influenced across the years.
