sadly passed away on

Friday, 21st February 2025, at QEH, with her mum and sister by her side.

Our lives will never be the same without her.

A much-loved Daughter, Sister, Aunty, and Friend,

she will be forever remembered by: Jill, Kylie, Damian, Aiden, Chloe, Pauline, and Vanessa (dec).

Chantal touched the hearts of everyone she met and brought joy to all who knew her.
