Son of Robert and Violet Hamilton. Loving and devoted husband, father and father-in-law to Lynette, Nicole, Cameron and Catherine, Matthew and Caroline. Cherished Poppa to Evie, Alfie and William.

Special thanks to Prof. Pittman and the Oncology staff at Western Hospital

Will be forever loved and remembered.
