HAMMOND, Kathleen Josephine Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Aged 87 years Formerly of Wavell Heights, recently of Kelvin Grove. Beloved Wife of Ted (Cam), Mother of James (dec) and Susan, Grandmother of Emma, Steven, Morgan and Katelyn and their partners, loving Great Grandmother of their children, Sister of Pat and Mick. A celebration of her life will be held at 10am on Wednesday 6th December 2017 at the Kelvin Grove Chapel, 270 Kelvin Grove Rd, Kelvin Grove.
