Passed away peacefully at home.

Much loved and loving husband of Lauren.

Loved father of daughter Kelly (dec) & son-in-law Rob, son Adam & daughter-in-law Nerida;

Grandchildren and their partners; Matt & Sarah, Luke & Liz, Mikayla & Keegan;

Great Grandchildren Kade, Evie and Isla.

Loved stepsons Danny and David, stepdaughter Kellie & stepson-in-law Shaun,

Stepgrandchildren Opi, Eleena, Jethro; Harrison and Romani; and Jasmine and Sebastian.

A special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Laurel Hospice.

Also to Dr Sinclair Bode at Integrated Health and the wonderful palliative care nurses from Calvary Homecare- Sharnee, Donna & Kylie.

You were born to be a healer and helped change the lives of many people.

Rest in Peace my special man.
