Harrison June Lorraine - 28.06.1967 - 18.04.2018

June passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle, fought with dignity and determination the whole way. Beloved wife and soul mate of Harold Derrah, cherished daughter of Bill and Val, adored sister of Pamela, Jeff, Stuart (deceased) and Steven (deceased). A loved aunty and an amazing great aunty. June also had a very special relationship with her step daughter Whitney, and was GJ to Trevor, Parker and Ethan(deceased). June will be missed by her US family including her sister in laws Marilyn and Sharon and their families. June loved adventure, a highlight included ascending to the Mt. Everest base camp. She travelled the world with her husband right to the end. She will be sadly missed by so many people, many of whom she mentored to achieve leadership roles in the hospitality industry in Australia and Asia. A celebration of June’s life will be held at the Southport Yacht Club on Sunday 27th May at 1:30. Please wear something that includes the colour orange. No flowers by request, donations to ovarian cancer research in June’s memory would be appreciated.
