Passed away peacefully at Mount Pleasant Hospital on Friday, the 8th of November, 2024.
Much loved and highly respected cousin of Irene and family, Sharon and Katie; Allen Herbig (dec.) and Nance Rhodes and family Debra and Rick (dec.) and Katy; Errol and Olive Herbig (both dec.) and family, Barbara Gallon and Orb (dec.), Marion Gerhardy and Tony (dec.), Katrina and Madison, Tracey, Adam, Hudson and Tyler, and Shane; Leon and Anne Herbig and family, David Herbig and Heather Carins, Paul, Jo and Ned Herbig; Peter Herbig and Robyn Horne-Herbig, Jason and Angela Herbig.
Our family historian, caretaker of the Herbig Family Tree in Springton, and a devoted and dedicated man who will be deeply missed by all who had the honour and privilege of knowing him. Cheers to a Saturday morning sherry and a walk each day. Now, he is enjoying his eternal home.
