The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
Beloved husband of Betty.
It’s sad to walk this road alone
Instead of side by side,
But to all there comes a time
When ways of life divide.
You gave me years of happiness
Then sorrow came and tears,
But you left me beautiful memories
I will treasure through the years.
Blessed to have had 68 years together. Betty
We are so lucky to have had you in our lives for so long. At peace now, rest easy Dad. Cliff and Mary
God saw the road was getting tough
The hills too hard to climb,
He gently closed your weary eyes
And whispered peace be thine.
Loving father of Jackie and friend to Pete. We will love and miss you forever.
We will miss your cheeky banter, love of green paint and admiration of your many grandchildren. We are sure Jan has embraced you with a warm loving hug, as it was only natural for you both to make everyone feel welcome. Love you Grandad. The Cameron’s x
We could not have wished for a kinder, more loving and generous Dad and Grandad. We will miss your mischievous ways, your 5 o’clock dinners and notorious sweet tooth. Thank you for the the stories, the laughter and the love that we will hold in our hearts forever.
Karen, Michael, India and Perri
Always in our hearts,
Always in our memories.
Love Jason, Pete and Harlow
