Peacefully passed away at Coffs Harbour Hospital with her daughter by her side. One of a kind, colourful and a strong spirit that always stayed true to herself. Survived by her daughter Koume, son in-law Peter, soon to be granddaughter and beloved dog Nelson. Karina Karina star of stage and screen will stay forever in the hearts of the many that loved her.
