Died peacefully at the Little Sisters of the Poor Northcote on the 27th December, 2023.

Daughter of Agnes Monica (Mona) née Wood and John David Hickey. Sister of Bill and Pauline.

A much loved member of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan.

Mary Patricia made a significant contribution to Education in roles of Leadership and

in particular to children with special needs. She showed generous hospitality to all

and reached out with compassion towards the needy. She was devoted to her family and maintained a large network of connections with friends and colleagues.
